In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

They explained that the adaptation involves “setting up new distribution points, navigating extreme constraints, and using every safe route to reach people where they are.” T.R. *** UK accused of complicity in Gaza genocide after court ruling on arms sales to Israel Tuesday 1-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Several human rights organizations have condemned the UK Supreme Court’s decision that a lawsuit against the government, challenging its continued arms sales to Israel, falls outside the jurisdiction of the courts. Groups including Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, the Global Legal Action Network (GLAN), and the Palestinian organization Al-'Haq described the ruling day as a “dark day for justice, accountability, and international law.” Following the court’s decision on Monday, several human rights organizations issued statements and spoke to the media in front of the courthouse. Yasmine Ahmed, UK Director at Human Rights Watch, strongly criticized the ruling, saying, “Today is a sad day for justice, accountability, and international law—but even sadder for the Palestinian people who continue to face genocide and other atrocities.” Doreen McCarthy, legal researcher at Al-Haq, said the ruling reveals the UK’s complicity in Israel’s genocide in Gaza. “This case is only the beginning of our struggle for justice and accountability,” McCarthy added. She called on states to impose an arms embargo on Israel, sever all diplomatic, political, economic, and trade ties, expel Israel from the UN General Assembly for committing genocide, and arrest and prosecute perpetrators of genocide. Sacha Deshmukh, Executive Director of Amnesty International UK, expressed disappointment with the court’s decision. “Although the court made it clear that it is not the body to decide on the export of F-35 aircraft parts, this does not absolve the executive or Parliament from their responsibility,” Deshmukh added. In 2024, Al-Haq and GLAN filed a legal petition to the UK’s highest court after repeated calls to suspend arms sales to Israel were ignored. The two organizations had demanded that the UK government suspend all arms export licenses to Israel, including parts for F-35 fighter jets. *** “Two loaves for survival”: Displaced Palestinian mothers in Gaza turn to bread-baking to feed starving children By Tareq Al-Astal GAZA, July 1, 2025 (WAFA) – In Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Younus, a displaced woman, Ni'ma Abu Mousa, 33, operates a rudimentary oven to bake bread, as the sole means to obtain two loaves to feed her three starving children. In an interview with WAFA, Ni'ma Abu Mousa said, “I no longer have the money to buy flour... a kilogram of fine flour has reached 40 shekels, an amount far beyond my capacity. That’s why I started offering bread-baking services to displaced people in exchange for a few loaves.” She added, “Some displaced families bring their dough and firewood, and I bake it for just two loaves. Sometimes no one comes because people here are also unable to afford flour.” Abu Musa described the conditions in Khan Yunis as "catastrophic," sressing that the flour is stolen by thieves before it reaches those in need, while humanitarian organizations are unable to provide sufficient quantities. “My husband tried several times to reach the distribution centers in Rafah, but he always came back empty-handed—or worse, risking his life,” Abu Mousa said. “There is random gunfire and sniping, as if trying to get food is a crime.” He further said that all she want is for the war to stop! “All I want is for this war to end,” she added, “so we can live a simple life with safety and enough food to survive.” Sitting next to her, displaced Sanaa al-Astal, 45, waited for her bread. She described the "bread for cooking" concept as an effective means of survival. She feeds her children, and I get ready-made bread without the effort. It's a win-win-win equation," says Al-Astal, adding: Flour, she said, has become a rare commodity. “I once bought a kilo for 60 shekels, another time for 50, then 45, and the cheapest was 35—none of which are prices we can afford. But what choice do I have? I’m a mother of four, and I can’t let them hungry.” Al-Astal also shared the tragedy of losing her husband six months ago, when Israeli soldiers brutally executed him inside their home in the eastern section of Khan Yunis, leaving his body lying in the street for eight days. “Since then, I’ve never dared to put my children’s lives at risk by sending them out in search of food. Death is lurking around every corner.” While waiting also her turn, Nidaa Al-Ghalban, 42, echoed support for what she called an act of “humanitarian mutual aid.” "This simple model reflects the resilience of Palestinian society despite the pain,” she said. “Everyone is trying to help in ways that preserve dignity and sustain life.” These stories underscore the scale of the humanitarian crisis facing Gaza’s displaced population. Bread has become a rare commodity, and securing it has become a matter of life and death. In the absence of effective international aid Palestinians continue to invent the simplest forms of solidarity and mutual support to survive in the face of hunger, siege, and aggression. Y.S. *** UNRWA: Over 82% of Gaza under displacement orders, people have nowhere to go NEW YORK, July 1, 2025 (WAFA) – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) highlighted the scale of displacement in the besieged Gaza Strip, warning that “more than 82% of Gaza is under displacement orders. People have nowhere to go.” The agency issued the warning after an UNRWA school-turned-shelter in Gaza was struck by Israeli forces early Monday morning, June 30. The building was housing displaced people at the time of the strike. “An UNRWA school-turned-shelter in Gaza was struck early on Monday, 30 June, by the Israeli Forces. Displaced people were sheltering in the building,” the agency said in a post on X. “The strike caused significant damage. No injuries were reported.” UNRWA reiterated that humanitarian infrastructure must be protected, stating: “Humanitarian facilities are not a target.” It concluded with an urgent plea: “Ceasefire now.” T.R. *** UNRWA Chief: U.S.-Israeli ‘Gaza Humanitarian Foundation’ brings only starvation and gunfire NEW YORK, July 1, 2025 (WAFA) – The Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), Philippe Lazzarini, said on Tuesday that dozens of humanitarian organizations have called for an end to the so-called "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation" (GHF), run by the United States and Israel, saying it “provides nothing but starvation and gunfire” to civilians in the Gaza Strip. In a post on X, Lazzarini said: “Since this scheme began, at least 500 starving people have been reported killed and nearly 4,000 injured while desperately struggling to get food.” He added: “Under this new abomination, Gaza has gone from 400 aid distribution points to only four militarized distribution sites.” According to Lazzarini, over 130 non-governmental organizations (NGOs) have signed onto a joint call demanding the restoration of a unified, UN-led humanitarian response in Gaza. The appeal calls for aid coordination and delivery to be returned to international humanitarian law standards, and to ensure that UNRWA plays a central role. “Today, 130+ NGOs have called for the restoration of a unified, UN-led coordination and distribution based on international humanitarian law, inclusive of UNRWA.” T.R. *** ****** Gaza death toll reaches 56,647 since start of Israeli aggression in October 2023 - Medical sources GAZA, July 1, 2025 (WAFA) - The death toll in the Gaza Strip has reached 56,647, the majority of whom were women and children, since the beginning of the Israeli genocidal war, in October 2023. At least 134,105 others have also been injured. The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed that of the total casualties, 6,315 civilians have been killed and 22,064 have been injured since March 18, 2025, when the Israeli occupation resumed its aggression on the Gaza Strip after breaking the ceasefire agreement. The Ministry reported that 116 bodies, including four bodies that were recovered from under rubble, and 463 injured individuals were brought to hospitals in Gaza during the past 24 hours. This toll remains incomplete, as many victims remain trapped under rubble, inaccessible to ambulance and rescue crews. T.R. *** Gaza: Dozens of Palestinian civilians killed in Israeli shelling GAZA, July 2, 2025 (WAFA) – Dozens of citizens were killed and wounded in intense Israeli shelling of several areas in the Gaza Strip since early Wednesday morning. WAFA correspondent reported that six citizens were killed and others were wounded when the Israeli occupation forces shelled tents for displaced people in the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Younus. Ten citizens, including children, were also wounded when tents sheltering displaced people were shelled in the same area, which is considered a "safe area" for displaced families, but has been repeatedly bombed in recent weeks. He added that four other citizens were killed and others were wounded when the occupation forces shelled a house belonging to the Zeno family on Jaffa Street in central Gaza City. According to WAFA correspondent, the four slain people were the father, A'hmed 'Ayyad Zeno, his wife, Ayat Zeno, their daughters, Zahra Zeno, and 'Obayda Zeno. The shelling almost completely destroyed the house, while ambulance and civil defense crews continue to search under the rubble, amid fears of more casualties. In the city of Dair El-Bala'h in the central Gaza Strip, medical sources reported that ten citizens were injured when an Israeli drone targeted a tent housing displaced persons near Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital. A number of citizens were also injured by Israeli drone fire in the Al-Karama neighborhood, northwest of Gaza City. Yesterday, the Gaza Strip saw a series of massacres committed by the occupation forces against families, with approximately 100 citizens killed by Israeli fire and airstrikes. The death toll in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 56,647, and the number of injuries has risen to 134,105. K.T. *** Civil defense: 70 people killed in Israeli targeting of 25 homes in Gaza City Tuesday 1-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Civil Defense in the Gaza Strip confirmed that 70 people have been martyred in Gaza City since dawn following the direct targeting of more than 25 homes, in addition to five gatherings of civilians. The spokesperson for the General Directorate of Civil Defense, Ma'hmoud Basal, said that these attacks led to the martyrdom of approximately 70 people, including 11 who were waiting for aid, 12 children, and 14 women, in addition to more than 200 injured, some in critical condition. He noted that rescue teams are still working to save and recover individuals from the Abu Samra family home, which was targeted this afternoon on Kashko Street in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City. He indicated that more than 30 people are still trapped under the rubble of the six-story building. Basal also added that over 25 civilians remain under the rubble of a house belonging to the Dahdah family—including both survivors and martyrs—near Al-Joulani Mosque in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, also in eastern Gaza, after it was bombed by Israeli occupation forces this afternoon. He pointed out that the rescue teams have so far been unable to reach the area due to repeated targeting by Israeli forces. Israel continues its relentless killing of civilians in the Gaza Strip for the 634th consecutive day, committing some of the most horrific massacres of the modern era in broad daylight and live on air, while the world watches in silence and fails to act in defense of the Palestinian people. *** Gaza: 18 people killed, others wounded in Israeli shelling GAZA, July 1, 2025 (WAFA) – Eighteen citizens were killed and others wounded on Tuesday in Israeli shelling of Khan Yunis city, south of the Gaza Strip, Jabalia al-Balad, north of the Strip, and al-Maghazi refugee camp, central of the Gaza Strip. WAFA correspondent reported that 10 citizens were killed and others were wounded when the Israeli occupation forces bombed a house belonging to the Al-Zanati and al-Hallaq families in Khan Yunis refugee camp, south of the Gaza Strip. Hour Wissam Adwan, a child, was also killed and others were wounded when Israeli aircraft bombed tents for displaced persons near the Shahd Cafeteria, west of Khan Yunis. In Jabalya Al-Balad, north of the Gaza Strip, five citizens were killed and others were wounded when an Israeli quadcopter drone bombed a group of citizens on Al-Jarjeer Street. Two citizens were also killed and others were wounded when an Israeli drone bombed an UNRWA school housing displaced persons in Al-Maghazi refugee camp, central of the Gaza Strip. Meanwhile, an Israeli special forces force arrested a number of citizens near the aid center on al-Tina Street, northwest of Rafa'h, in the southern Gaza Strip. Local sources reported that the special forces infiltrated the area and carried out the arrests suddenly, amid an atmosphere of tension and fear among residents. Medical sources announced that 31 citizens have been killed since dawn today, including 13 while waiting for humanitarian aid. The sources confirmed that the Israeli occupation's intense bombardment has targeted various areas across the Gaza Strip, exacerbating the catastrophic humanitarian situation facing citizens amid severe shortages of food, medicine, and fuel. K.T. *** Dozens killed, injured in horrific Israeli massacre in Gaza City Tuesday 1-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Israeli occupation army committed a new horrifying massacre against Palestinian families in Gaza City on Tuesday evening when it bombed several homes in Kashko street, killing and injuring dozens of civilians. Israeli strikes on homes in the Kashko street of Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, reportedly have claimed the lives of at least 10 people, including children, and wounded many others, according to medical sources at the Ahli Arab Hospital. Gaza’s civil defense service reported its rescue crews were searching for 40 missing persons buried under the rubble. Photojournalist Yousuf Saudi was among those injured in the Israeli attack on Al-Zaytoun neighborhood. For its part, the medical services in northern Gaza said that Israeli warplanes bombed an entire residential block in Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, resulting in numerous casualties, including fatalities and individuals trapped under the rubble. *** POC: Two athletes were killed in Monday’s Israeli strike on Gaza café Tuesday 1-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestine Olympic Committee (POC) said that two Palestinian athletes were martyred in the massacre that was committed by the Israeli occupation army yesterday, Monday, when it bombed Al-Baqa Café on the Gaza beachfront. In a statement on Tuesday, POC added that soccer player Mustafa Abu 'Ameera and boxing champion Malak Musli'h were both killed in the Israeli attack on the café. POC explained that Abu 'Ameera played for Al-Sadaqa, Al-Shati, and Al-Zaytoun clubs in Gaza, while the rising boxing champion, Musli'h, dreamed of making Palestine’s name stand out in international sporting events. POC said that those athletes were in the cafe seeking some moments of relief and relaxation amid a devastating war when an Israeli strike killed them along with dozens of civilians, describing the scene of their death as “heartbreaking and unbearable.” *** Wife of slain QB commander’s son dies from Israeli airstrike wounds; children critically injured Tuesday 1-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Rozan Ziyad Al-Ay, the 25-year-old wife of the son of a senior Al-Qassam Brigades (QB) commander, 'Hakam Mu'hammed Al-'Eisa, has died from severe injuries sustained by an Israeli genocidal air strike that struck her family’s home in Gaza last Friday. Rozan, who suffered critical wounds to the head and neck, had been in intensive care for several days as doctors fought to save her life. She succumbed to her injuries on Monday evening. Her two young children — Anas, 7, and Nariman, 4 — were also seriously wounded in the attack. Nariman’s leg was amputated due to the extent of her injuries, and she suffered severe trauma to her eyes, raising fears of permanent vision loss. Both children remain in critical condition under close medical observation. Rozan was the daughter-in-law of Commander 'Hakam Mu'hammed Al-'Eisa, also known by the name “Abu 'Omar Al-Souri,” a prominent figure within the Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of 'Hamas. Al-'Eisa, his wife, and his grandson were killed in a separate Israeli airstrike just days earlier. Al-'Eisa was not only a senior field commander, but was widely regarded as one of the chief architects behind the Al-Qassam Brigades’ transformation into a more structured and strategically coordinated resistance force. He played a key role in developing the Movement’s modern combat doctrine and training systems, turning disparate militant units into a cohesive fighting body. The targeted killing of Al-'Eisa and his extended family comes amid Israel’s ongoing genocide in Gaza, which has resulted in the deaths and injuries of more than 190,000 Palestinians, widespread destruction of civilian infrastructure, and the forced displacement of more than two million people. *** Gaza municipality: Majority of Gaza’s roads fully or partially damaged due to aggression Tuesday 1-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Gaza Municipality has said that the city’s road and street network has suffered severe damage as a result of the ongoing aggression and genocide campaign carried out by the Israeli occupation in the Gaza Strip for nearly twenty months. In a press statement released on Tuesday, the municipality said the road network in Gaza City extends about 900 kilometers, spread across 3,659 streets, including main roads, side streets, and alleyways. It clarified that this network serves over one million residents of the city and neighboring areas, in addition to around 50,000 vehicles that use the city’s roads daily. The municipality noted that total damage to the road network has reached approximately 42%, while partial damage stands at around 14%, and minor damage has been recorded at about 38%. It pointed out that the scale of destruction has led to the closure of many roads, “which requires urgent intervention this year to rehabilitate and reopen them for the movement of citizens and vehicles, and to ensure smooth transportation and access to various parts of the city.” The Gaza Municipality called on all concerned parties and donor institutions to contribute to meeting its urgent needs to repair the road network. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces ***ý Two Palestinians martyred by IOFs gunfire in W. Bank Tuesday 1-July-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) Two Palestinian young men were martyred on Tuesday when the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) opened fire at them in Ramallah and Al-Khaleel (Hebron) in the West Bank. According to local sources, 16-year-old Amjad 'Hoshiya died from wounds sustained by IOFs gunfire in the central area of Ramallah City. The sources said that a large number of Israeli troops stormed Ramallah City at dawn while firing live ammunition, provoking skirmishes with local youths. The IOFs reportedly raided several homes and interrogated young men during its raid in Ramallah. In a separate incident, Israeli occupation forces shot dead a young man identified as Samir Al-Zagharna near Al-Dthahiriya checkpoint in Al-Khaleel (Hebron). Later, a Palestinian ambulance crew transferred martyr Al-Zagharna to the Doura Hospital in Dura City, southwest of Al-Khaleel (Hebron) province, after receiving his body form the Israeli army. Meanwhile, a Palestinian citizen identified as 43-year-old Kifa'h Khaleel suffered a bullet injury in his leg when an Israeli soldier opened fire at him as he was crossing the 'Ush Al-Ghurab checkpoint in eastern Bethlehem. He was admitted to the hospital for medical assistance. The IOFs also stormed Al-Khadir town in southern Bethlehem and kidnapped two citizens from their homes. *** Israeli special forces raid Qabatya near Jineen, deploy across multiple neighborhoods Jineen, July 1, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli special forces raided the town of Qabatiya, south of Jineen, on Tuesday morning, according to local sources. They said that undercover units affiliated with the Israeli occupation army infiltrated the town and deployed across several neighborhoods, including al-Zakarneh and Kamil. The operation was later reinforced by additional military units dispatched from the nearby Dotan checkpoint. More details to follow as the raid develops. Y.S. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Illegal Israeli settlers set fire to dozens of dunums of land south of Nablus NABLUS, July 1, 2025 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers on Tuesday set fire to dozens of dunums of land in the village of Douma south of Nablus, according to a local official. 'Abdullah Ziyada, head of the village council, told WAFA that colonists from the illegal colony of Yitzhar set fire to agricultural fields stretching along the bypass road, destroying hundreds of olive trees. Residents, assisted by Palestinian civil defense crews, rushed to the area to contain the flames; however, colonists and Israeli forces actively obstructed the firefighting efforts by preventing the teams from accessing the village’s nearby water well, located near the Al-Murabba' checkpoint, to refill their fire trucks. T.R. *** Illegal Israeli settlers attack civilian vehicles south of Nablus Tuesday 1-July-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) A group of the illegal Israeli settlers attacked several civilian vehicles south of the city of Nablus on Monday evening, resulting in damage to one of the cars. Local sources reported that a group of settlers threw stones at vehicles near the “Yitzhar” settlement, which is built on Palestinian land south of Nablus. The attack led to the smashing of the windshield of a vehicle belonging to Ayman 'Atallah Soufan. It is worth noting that settler attacks on Palestinian vehicles in this area have become increasingly frequent, causing damage to several cars. *** Illegal Israeli settlers establish new colonial outpost near Jericho JERICHO, July 1, 2025 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers established a new colonial outpost in the Al-Mu’arrajat area northwest of Jericho, marking the fifth such outpost along the Al-Mu’arrajat road, according to local sources and rights monitors. 'Hasan Mulai'hat, the general supervisor of the Al-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, told WAFA that colonists set up a tent, brought in water tanks and a generator in recent days, and proceeded to fence off the area in preparation for turning it into a permanent outpost, as part of a pattern repeated across the occupied West Bank. Eyewitnesses from the nearby 'Arab Al-Mulai'hat Bedouin community, north of Jericho, confirmed that the outpost was set up under the protection of Israeli soldiers. colonists were seen bringing excavation equipment and metal fencing to the site as they began groundwork. He warned that this new outpost is part of a “comprehensive colonial plan” aimed at seizing a strategically significant corridor that separates Jericho from central parts of the West Bank and restricts movement between the northern and southern regions. Witnesses described the move as a form of “gradual Nakba,” carried out without bulldozers or mass expulsion, but no less dangerous than forced displacement. They cautioned that the larger goal appears to be the dismantling of Bedouin communities and driving them toward forced displacement. “Outposts begin with a single tent and soon develop into full-fledged settlements,” the organization stated, adding that the settlers act as “unofficial arms of the Israeli government” with full backing from the Israeli military. Al-Baydar stressed that the expansion cannot be separated from the broader Israeli policy to empty Area C of its Palestinian population, particularly Bedouins, whose structures are regularly demolished and who are denied access to water and energy, while colonists receive wide-ranging support. Residents of the area expressed outrage over what they described as the international community’s silence and the Palestinian authorities’ inability to halt the expansion. “They’re not shooting at us or loading us onto trucks—they’re just making life impossible until we leave,” said a local elder from the 'Arab Al-Mulai'hat Bedouin community. “This is another form of ethnic cleansing.” Al-Baydar concluded its statement by urging serious international action, including ongoing on-the-ground monitoring and daily documentation of violations. The organization described what is happening in Al-Mu’arrajat as a “slow-motion massacre taking place away from cameras” and called on human rights groups to treat it as an active case of creeping ethnic cleansing. T.R. *** The Israeli occupation apartheid regime issues demolition, stop-work orders targeting vital Palestinian structures in Al-Khaleel (Hebron) Al-Khaleel (Hebron), July 1, 2025 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation apartheid regime on Tuesday delivered demolition and stop-work orders targeting several Palestinian structures in the Iskaka community southeast of Yatta, in the southern West Bank governorate of Hebron. According to anti-settlement activist Osama Makhamra, the occupation issued a final seven-day demolition notice against Palestine Basic Co-educational School, which serves approximately 130 students from grades one to four. The school, built of bricks and tin sheets, also includes a kindergarten. Israeli forces issued a halt-work order against a water pipeline supplying the Iskaka area and neighboring communities. Makhamra affirmed that the move threatens residents’ daily access to water and further exacerbates already dire living conditions. Additionally, a demolition order was handed to Ibrahim Mahmoud Abu Sab'ha for his two-story, 300-square-meter home. Another notice was issued to Mu'hammed 'Ayyad Abu Sab'ha to stop construction on his 140-square-meter house. Further stop-work orders affected homes belonging to Rafat Rizq Al-Shamasti (140 square meters), 'Omar 'Hamad Al-Nawaji'h (a two-story, 400-square-meter house), and Rayyan Mu'hammed Abu Sab'ha (a two-story, 300-square-meter house). These measures are part of Israel’s ongoing policy of targeting Palestinian residential communities and depriving them of their most basic rights, in a parent attempt to displace residents and expand illegal colonies. Y.S. *** Israeli occupation forces demolish a Palestinian-owned home Bait 'Haneena, north of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), July 1, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation bulldozers Tuesday demolished a Palestinian-owned house in the town of Bait 'Haneena, north of Jerusalem city. Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Governorate reported that Israeli machinery demolished the home of a Maqdisi (Jerusalemite) resident, rendering his family homeless. It added that the occupation forces also forced a Maqdisi (Jerusalemite) family in Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque, to self-demolish their own home. According to the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission, the occupation authorities carried out 23 demolition operations in the Jerusalem Governorate during May. Palestinians in Jerusalem are forced to build without permits because the Israeli municipality discriminates against them and refuses to issue permits or places unreasonable conditions that they cannot afford to issue a permit. At the same time, thousands of housing units are built for colonists in the city on appropriated Palestinian lands and are made easily accessible to them. They explained that the adaptation involves “setting up new distribution points, navigating extreme constraints, and using every safe route to reach people where they are.” T.R. *** Lazzarini: GHF provides nothing but starvation and gunfire in Gaza Tuesday 1-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) UNRWA commissioner general Philippe Lazzarini has said that the humanitarian community calls for an end to the so called “Gaza Humanitarian Foundation” (GHF) since “it provides nothing but starvation and gunfire to the people of Gaza.” “Since this scheme began, at least 500 starving people have been reported killed and nearly 4,000 injured while desperately struggling to get food,” Lazzarini said in social media remarks on Tuesday. “Under this new abomination, Gaza has gone from 400 aid distribution points to only four militarized distribution sites,” the UNRWA chief added. “Today, over 130 NGOs have called for the restoration of a unified, UN-led coordination and distribution based on international humanitarian law inclusive of UNRWA,” he underlined. *** 'Hamas warns of ‘new disaster’ as meningitis spreads rapidly among Gaza children Tuesday 1-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The 'Hamas Movement has issued a stark warning over the escalating spread of meningitis among children in the Gaza Strip, calling it the latest chapter in an unfolding humanitarian catastrophe fueled by Israel’s ongoing genocide and the complete collapse of the health system. In a statement released Tuesday, the Movement said that hundreds of new meningitis cases have been reported in recent days, signaling an alarming public health crisis that threatens the lives of thousands of children already weakened by malnutrition, famine, and a lack of access to medical care. “The spread of meningitis among Gaza’s children is a harbinger of a new disaster,” the statement read. “This comes as famine deepens, baby formula becomes nearly impossible to find, and cases of malnutrition rise due to the suffocating siege and relentless attacks by the fascist occupation army,” it added. 'Hamas called on the international community, the United Nations, and its agencies — particularly the World Health Organization (WHO) — to intervene immediately to protect Gaza’s children and end the deadly siege. The statement emphasized that supplying medical resources and child care necessities is not only a humanitarian duty but also a legal and moral obligation that can no longer be ignored. Since October 7, 2023, Israeli occupation forces — with unconditional support from the United States — have waged a war of genocide in Gaza that has killed or wounded over 190,000 Palestinians, the majority of them women and children. More than 11,000 remain missing, many buried under rubble. Gaza’s health infrastructure has been systematically destroyed, leaving hospitals without electricity, equipment, or staff. The siege has also cut off access to clean water and food, triggering a famine that has claimed the lives of dozens of children and elderly people. With more than two million Palestinians displaced and entire neighborhoods reduced to rubble, the Gaza Strip now faces one of the worst humanitarian disasters in modern history, according to rights groups and UN officials. *** UN warns Israeli settlements entrench apartheid, threaten Palestinian self-determination Tuesday 1-July-2025 NEW YORK, (PIC) A top United Nations official has warned that Israel’s settlement expansion and ongoing military aggression are entrenching occupation, intensifying apartheid policies, and erasing Palestinians’ right to self-determination. Speaking before the UN Security Council during a session on the implementation of Resolution 2334 — which calls for an end to all Israeli settlement activity in occupied Palestinian territories — UN Assistant Secretary-General for Middle East Affairs Khalid Khayari delivered a stark assessment of the situation. Khayari stressed that continued Israeli settlement construction, including in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), is directly linked to the surge in settler violence, severe restrictions on Palestinian freedom of movement, and systemic efforts to deny Palestinians sovereignty over their land. “These policies and actions gravely undermine the Palestinians’ inalienable right to self-determination,” he told the Council. He also voiced concern over the Israeli government’s recent decision to resume official land registration in Area C — a measure Khayari warned could accelerate illegal settlement expansion and solidify Israeli control over large parts of the occupied West Bank. The UN official highlighted intensifying settler attacks and frequent Israeli military raids across the West Bank, particularly in northern areas. These assaults, he said, target civilians and farmland, destroying crops and homes. Khayari condemned the demolition of Palestinian structures — including internationally funded humanitarian projects — as a blatant violation of international law and a tool of forced displacement. Khayari further warned of Israel’s “widespread destruction” in the occupied West Bank’s refugee camps, where Israeli occupation forces (IOF) have carried out large-scale incursions resulting in heavy casualties, mass displacements, and the systematic destruction of infrastructure. Opening his remarks, Khayari addressed the situation in Gaza, where, according to UN estimates, more than 56,500 Palestinians have been martyred since October 7, 2023, including 1,068 since June 17 alone, averaging 82 deaths per day. He condemned the use of humanitarian aid points as lethal ambushes. “At least 580 Palestinians have been killed since June 17 while attempting to access food or aid convoys,” he said. One of the deadliest incidents occurred in Khan Yunis was when an Israeli tank opened fire on civilians waiting for food, killing at least 50 people and injuring more than 200 others. The UN has strongly rejected the use of the so-called “Gaza Humanitarian Foundation” — an Israeli-American initiative — as a mechanism to distribute aid. Khayari denounced it as a tool for coercion and cover for killings, noting that the United Nations does not recognize or partner with the platform. “Israeli military operations in Gaza are turning vast areas into uninhabitable zones,” Khayari said, stressing the UN’s opposition to the forcible displacement of Palestinians, which constitutes a serious violation of international law. With full and unconditional support from the United States, the IOFs continues to wage a war of genocide in Gaza. To date, the assault has left more than 190,000 Palestinians martyred or wounded, with over 11,000 still missing under rubble, and dozens dead from starvation. More than two million people remain displaced amid the near-total collapse of civilian life. *** =============================================================================================================================== Editorial
